It is impossible to distinguish your menstrual period from withdrawal bleeding at this point. Plan B causes "withdrawal bleeding" or "breakthrough bleeding", neither of which are harmful, but they do lead to irregular periods. Plan B is basically a "mega dose" of birth control pills, so it makes sense that taking two separate doses within a week of each other would lead to irregular bleeding. Your period will most likely be irregular for another month.
If you are experiencing continued heavy bleeding (defined by soaking through a pad or tampon every hour), this would be a reason to contact your doctor, as this is not a normal side effect of Plan B.
Just so you know, withdrawal bleeding is your body "withdrawing" from the hormones in the Plan B. "Breakthrough bleeding" is just any bleeding that occurs in-between your menstrual period.
Please be sure to contact your doctor about getting a prescription for birth control pills, as they are much more effective at preventing pregnancy (99% effective, compared to Plan B which is about 80%), and they help regulate your cycle (instead of causing it to be irregular).
