Ask your doctor if you could have a tear in your anus. one doctor told me if you do that could cause constipation. because with a tear the stool is being blocked and than it seems to get hard and difficult to pass. I am hoping my October appointment will give me some answers maybe it will help others. my appointment is October 8th. If I get some new answers I will post it
