I have keloids. I have tried surgery and they came back with vengeance. I tried oils and creams but nothing worked. I came across a scientific article that claimed that lugol's iodine can improve scars and I bought some. I apply it twice a day and after 2 weeks I see definite improvement. It flakes off the skin and leaves a smaller softer scar. I will keep at it and I am sure that I will be pleased with the results.
