Depending on whether you wiped away all of the semen, or at least 20 minutes passed before you touched yourself, there be no risk for pregnancy. Sperm can live outside the body for about 20 minutes.
If you touched yourself with wet semen, there is a chance that some sperm entered your vagina. There would be a chance for pregnancy if this happened five days before you ovulated or on the day you ovulated.
The risk for pregnancy was very little if any at all. You will know by getting your period.
