Most women experience some variability in their menstrual cycles during the course of the reproductive years. Cycles can vary from one month to another.
Your current period arrived 2 days later than your normal range and blood flow lasted 1 day less than your normal. Spotting immediately following menstrual flow is not abnormal.
Since you have just had a period, it is not very likely that you could be pregnant.
Continue to access the symptom of lower right abdominal pain. If you should continue to have the pain along with nausea, vomiting and elevated temperature, contact your doctor. The complaint of lower right abdominal pain raises the question of appendicitis.
