So I am in the healthcare field and technically you don't have a true period while pregnant, however you can bleed like a period and mistake it for a menstral cycle. Either way one wants to look at it you can bleed while pregnant but this is something that NEEDS to be checked out by a Doctor ASAP.
As far as I know it is impossible to get pregnant from the anus. It is possible that while having anal sex pre-ejaculation can leak out from the anus/around the anus and drip down towards the vagina. The sperm can swin from that point into the vagina and the rest is history
