Ok you can't get your period while pregnant because 1) a woman's uterus closes up and naturally cloggs up the opening with a mucus substance so nothing can come in or more importantly go out 2) a period is when the uterus gets rid of all the unused bloody tissue that surround it's walls. When a woman's body realizes it pregnant the bloody tissue surrounds the new forming baby. If you were to get your period while pregnant you would flush out the baby al well as the bloody tissue resulting in a miscarriage
