Water is the most essential element for human body and it acts as a weight loss medicine. medically it was proved that drinking 8 glass of water per day leads to effective weight loss, therefore we can't blame water for weight gain.

Experts are also preferred drinking water is the best way to reduce unwanted weight gain.
