The simplest way to answer this question is no. Every woman ovulates at different times and can be sporadic at best. To assume that every time you have sex there is a possibility of pregnancy is the safest way to assume. I think this is another reason birth control methods were manufactured as the “rhythm method” cannot carry a guarantee.
