Thank you for your question and welcome to EmpowHer. I think, at this point, you have done everything that you can do. Pregnancy tests are pretty accurate and perhaps your period is delayed or missing due to stress of possible pregnancy.
You explained that you are experiencing breast tenderness and this is a symptom of either pre-menstrual or pregnancy as they tend to mimic each other. Wait another week, and if you still have not had a period, take another pregnancy test. Waiting is usually the hardest part. I hope this helps and please keep us updated next week.
