Immediately after the engagement he basically quit having sex with me. I lived this way (maybe 2-3 times a year - after I BEGGED) for 17 years, until he left me for his secretary. I never had an affair - but he did!
Life is too short. Do NOT stay in a loveless or miserable marriage. His leaving me was the very best gift he could have given me. I didn't hold it against him (after about 6 months when I cooled down), and I even went to his wedding 3 years later - no, he didn't marry the secretary - she didn't trust him (:
Life goes on and you CAN meet someone who does want to love you. Get while the gettings good! You will be much happier in the end.
