Dear Anonymous,
I can understand your fears. But, you are doing the right thing by seeing your doctor. Even here, in the U.S., the technicians at scanning centers cannot and will not tell patients the results of the scans. I can confirm this from personal experience. I have lost count of how many CT scans and MRI scans I have had. Talk with your doctor about the treatments for the multiple fibroids, what treatments are available, and if you indeed need treatment. I don't know in what country you live and if surgery is necessary, if getting treatment in another country is an option for you. Please keep in touch.
