Hi Anonymous,
Stress definitely has got an upper hand on you. From my experience, as the mother of 3 and a nurse, a more than normal vaginal discharge and constipation are not signs of pregnancy.
For the most accurate results from a home pregnancy test, it is advised that you test one week after the expected period. I suggest that you follow your doctor's advice to take the test on March 30 (tomorrow). If you are still concerned, talk with your doctor and schedule a blood pregnancy test, which I'm that she will tell you, is the most accurate pregnancy test.
