hello i have been on vacation here in maine. I have been doing something different than i do at home. i don't get as motivated at home. up here i do and i go swimming everyday. I sleep better i enjoy myself b etter and use less meds too. I take vicadan and morophine 15 er. I take vicadan 5/500 when needed. When i first came here a week ago i was taking one or two each day. Swimming is a huge part of the healing of fibromyalgia. I usto have terrible pains from IBS but that was a long time ago. I don't have it no more. Thank God. I really feel for you guys that do. I do hae alot of problem with lossing weight. I am lucky that my doctor says nothing about it. I finally realized that it is not what a text says i should weigh but what is right for me. eat as healthy as possible. I eat fruit one week i try one fruit such strawberries which i find that i really love. Then blueberry which i like but i don't like but it self but if i have on my pancakes muffins etc. Or in a parfait.

Think about moving i know it is a bad word with fibro but what ever you can do don't push your slef at first but eventially you will be surprise how much you can do. even if it is a few more steps then yesterday. Praise yourslef everyday. Stay away from I shoulds
that gets you no were. feel good about yourslef. I don't care what other might say or might stare at you. They are the ones who have the problem. YEHA!!!!!!!!!!!
