I do not think you are in any danger. Postinor contains levonorgestrel. If taken before ovulation, it prevents your ovary from releasing an egg. If taken after ovulation, it interferes with fertilization.

Your body may need to adjust to the extra dose of hormone. That is why I suggested to speak with a gynecologist.
