Unless you have a very short menstrual cycle, you were not ovulating five days after the finish of your period and not at risk for conceiving.
The brownish spotting was most likely old blood left from your last period and release was triggered by the high dose of synthetic hormone in Postinor 2.
Do not take Postinor 2 again and your body will readjust.
