I do not know why she missed her period for one month.
Generally, Postinor 2 is taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex. It does contain levonorgestrel, which is the synthetic form of the hormone progesterone.
I suspect a hormonal imbalance and taking the synthetic hormone triggered vaginal bleeding. I really think she needs to see a physician about this.
