Postinor 2 prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. This protection lasts for one menstrual cycle.
Do NOt Depend on an emergency contraceptive as a form of birth control. These pills are intended for emergency situations.
Over use of an ECP can lessen its effectiveness.
