Its funny how you think you know better than the experts, its called the "Dunning-Kruger" effect (I just wanted to use that for a long time, hope I used it right)! IT DOES NOT REALLY EFFECT HOW YOU DRINK THE WATER! Just drink plenty of it! Stay healthy!
