Hi,
To clarify, are you experiencing nausea and actually vomiting almost every day for one month? How many times in a day have you vomited? Are you able to keep down any food and/or liquids?
Most of the time, nausea and vomiting do not require urgent medical attention. However, if the symptoms continue for days, they are severe, or you cannot keep down any food or fluids, you may have a more serious condition. Dehydration is a major concern with persistent vomiting.
Regarding your symptom of pain, is it generalized in more than half of your abdomen? or is it only on one side such as your right side?
Are you having any other symptoms such as a fever or change in bowel habits?
There could be many possible causes of the worsening pain, nausea and vomiting. Since this has been ongoing for one month, I suggest that you either call your doctor or visit the ER. Without being seen by a healthcare professional, it is impossible to know the cause. I do not want to alarm you, but possible causes could be appendicitis, bowel obstruction or something more serious. Since these symptoms have lasted this long and are not resolving, you must seek medical attention.
