There is always a chance of pregnancy anytime you have sex is the best answer to this question. Usually, you don't have to worry so much if you have been taking the Pill for a longer period of time (several months) as your body becomes used to it and missing a Pill may not be as destructive as say, you starting your first month of pills and having unprotected sex and missing your regularly scheduled Pills.
At this point, if you miss your period...take a pregnancy test. Unfortunately, time can only tell the reality of possible pregnancy.
