Hi Mastan,

Growing taller is unfortunately something that we have no control over. If you are still in your growing years (teens) some doctors will prescribe a growth hormone to help you grow if they feel it is appropriate. If you're past your teens and onto adulthood, the only real way to grow taller is through major leg lengthening surgery which is extremely painful and will only add about 2 inches to your current height. The surgery is most definitely not for everyone and like every other surgery has its risks and complications.
