I am 32 years old and recently had a total pelvic reconstruction (bladder, rectum, and uterus was tacked up). We have three children but I also am hoping to have another. My surgeon told me that one of our greatest risks is an ectopic pregnancy, because of the altered position of my fallopian tubes due to where my uterus has been placed (my uterus was tacked to my sacrum aka back wall). I agree with you, if the "fear" is is will undo what sugery I've had done, another baby is worth the risk! I'm hoping to find a woman who has had the surgery AND then had more pregnancies....
