You missing your June period has nothing to do with being pregnant if you had unprotected sex AFTER you missed your period. Sore breasts can be a sign that your period may be on its way. Remember that there are many reasons for a missed period such as stress, weight gain/loss, illness, etc. You also have to keep in mind that even though you missed a period in June, you also took Plan B after having unprotected sex which, like I mentioned before, will cause changes in your period.
If you are concerned about not having a period two months in a row then you will have to see your doctor to prescribe something that will induce your period.
