Yes, I do apply it firmly for 10 seconds; I just find that it wrinkles up and wonder if I am getting the full effect? It does come off after a few days, is it ok to place a bandaid over it? It lasts generally 3-5 days; I usually replace it in a different, lower body spot. Can I put it on the front near my hip bone? Thanking you in advance. Susan
