You need to make an appointment with your gynecologist. Your situation is too complicated to be evaluated by a non-physician, especially over the internet. You missed doses of birth control, had unprotected sex, are experiencing bleeding and having symptoms of abdominal cramping and weight loss. I suggest you see your doctor as soon as possible.
