That's odd. Feldene is an NSAID-- which falls under the same category as if you took any of these common drugs:
Aspirin (Bufferin, Bayer, and Excedrin)
Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Nuprin)
Ketoprofen (Actron, Orudis)
Naproxen (Aleve)

I'm not quite sure why it is reducing your flow rate to 3 days but if it helps, even 3 days of a menstruation is normal so other than it being odd, you have nothing to worry about.
