I suggest that you call your physician as soon as possible. Since you didn't mention what antidepressant medication you are taking, it is hard to tell you what the side effects are. All of your symptoms are impeding your ability to function normally. Your doctor can evaluate your symptoms and determine if there needs to be a change in your medication.
