You are certainly in a tough situation. The real answer is you need to stop immediately, cut it off completely. The other dilemma is do you tell your husband of your indiscretions? Remove yourself from your situation and think about how you would want your husband to deal with this situation if he was cheating on you? Taking yourself out of your own situation (shoe on other foot syndrome) usually helps me.
There is certainly no easy answer to these questions or to your question in general. The best answer would have been not even letting yourself start the affair in the first place. Counseling is certainly an option whether it is family or by yourself.
