From what you say, you use your Nuvaring contraception correctly - you put the new ring on the correct day, so it's safe. Nuvaring functions the same way as oral contraceptives which also have a "week off" in which you start your period usually. so relax, there is no risk here, unless if you've been taking some other medication that may interfere with Nuvaring. if that's not your case, there's nothing you should worry about here!
