Thanks for your question. It was a little difficult to understand you but if I read correctly, you had a period on the 19th of June then on July 3rd you started spotting and on July 15th when your period came it was light and gone within 4 days-- correct?
It is very common to have something called mid-cycle bleeding or spotting sometimes especially if you are on birth control pills. Sometimes when hormones shift or there is an imbalance you'll notice some spotting. A light period is a period even if you are used to a heavier flow-- so if your July period lasted 3-4 days, that's fine. Have you spotted again this month? If this was a one time incident and you continue having a regular period from here on out I would say that the spotting is likely caused by a change in hormones. If there's any chance you could have been pregnant taking a pregnancy test never hurts.
