Do you think you can wait until August 15th to be seen? From my understanding of your description, since your pain has become worse (especially after you noticed improvement), you need to be seen by your GP before this time.
Anytime you have a change in symptoms, or symptoms become worse... these are good reasons to call your doctor. You can say exactly what you typed above ("I felt better at wk 3 and wk 4, now my pain has become worse and feels similar to the first days after childbirth").
Your GP may ask for more information about symptoms (do you still feel swollen, any discharge, etc).
