Are you saying that in addition to waking up each morning with a headache for the past 3 to 4 weeks, you are late with your period by 3 to 4 weeks?
You need to call your doctor since you have had these headaches that lasted more than one week, wake you up in the morning and are worse in the morning. You can take a home pregnancy test to see if you might be pregnant. When you call your doctor about the headaches, mention your late period.
