All steroids supress the testicles somewhat but Deca durabolin will make it very tricky as it is very supressive so i would advise him to come off cycle when trying for a baby. But if he does not want to come off the steroids, dont worry tell him to take HGC at 1.500IU every 3 days.
And please dont worry about HGH that has no effect of the testies. I hope that helped
