If you know that he doesn't ejaculate most of the time, then so does he. Believe me that even if it goes unspoken, he is well aware of the problem. A good time to bring this up is when you are both home and alone--definitely not during, before, or after sex. You are both adults in a relationship and if you are trying to have children =or would like to in the future, then there is good reason to be concerned.
