Inflammation of the cervix can be experienced with Mirena, unfortunately. If you continue to experience pain, bloating, etc. Please go back to your doctor and explain that you are not getting any better. As for a pregnancy test, it should not take 10 minutes to get a result, when done properly--- please re-test but follow the directions exactly as it states on the packaging.
