The best way to lose belly fat is to start by eating a healthy diet and burning more calories than you consume. Simply, start exercising more and eating less. Start and keep to a daily program of aerobic exercise such as walking, bicycling or swimming. Work up to 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 days a week. Hope this helps.
