If your boyfriend merely rubbed his penis on your vagina, chances are you're probably not pregnant. However, it's still possible to conceive if there was even 1 sperm in his pre-cum so we can't completely disregard the possibility. If it was one week ago, it is way too soon to feel pregnancy symptoms--what you may be feeling is ovulation, especially since you mentioned that you are now mid-cycle. And if that is the case, then you weren't ovulating last week.
The best thing to do now is not to engage in any more sexual activities that can cause another scare and wait until your next period comes. If it is late, please take a pregnancy test and try not to stress out over this too much because stress can delay your period.
