Thank you for your question and welcome to EmpowHer. It is common to have irregular periods after taking Plan B/Next Choice although if you are concerned, you should contact your physician. You will certainly experience irregular periods for the next couple cycles and since every woman's experience may be different, it would not hurt following up with your doctor.
