Hi starsinmyeyes,
So far in my mind you have been following the right protocol. You took the home tests, but you have had unprotected sex and that automatically raises higher chances for pregnancy. You should always have protected sex or take contraceptive pills or use a condom. I would say take the doctor!s blood test to be sure that you are not. He or she would be able to give you the right medical advice. As far as conceiving goes, I find that our bodies are unpredictable. It's best to get yourself checked by an Obgyn as soon as you can to make sure. I hope this helps, do keep us updated. Best of luck
