Hi,
I can appreciate your concerns. Endometriosis can cause infertility in some women. Does your doctor think that your case is serious enough to cause infertility? Have you and your doctor talked about another type of birth control pill, other than the one that caused an adverse reaction? Is the Depo-Provera shot an option for you? Or Ortho Evra patch?
When you are ready to conceive, how will you handle the issue of the anti-depressant medication? This is something you need to discuss with your gynecologist/obstetrician and the physician who ordered the medication. I wish that I could have been more helpful, but my knowledge and experience on this issue is little to none.
