Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. Glad to hear good things about us. I can imagine the stress you might be under of knowing if you are pregnant or not. But Stress itself can affect many things in our lives, including our periods. Sometimes we're so stressed out that our body decreases the amount of a hormone (GnRH), which causes us to not ovulate or menstruate. Also, the breast tenderness and cramping can be due to your Menstrual being delayed. You might want to wait a week before taking a pregnancy test. Once you have conceived, it will take about 10-14 days for hCG to show up in your urine. If your period doesn't come in a few days, it's important you see your doctor.
