Thank you for your question and welcome to EmpowHer. As with any exercise or "do-se-do", you must stretch those muscles before and after to be sure you do not continue to have the pain. If after these stretches (before and after) and you still continue to have this pain, I would certainly talk to your physician. Hopefully, there is no damage to your leg but you may want to make an appointment just to have it checked out.
