It is possible that there may have been some damage done to your ovaries due to your surgical complication. However, this is a question best reserved for your surgeon. Unfortunately, we do not know exactly what happened during the surgery and what the ultimate outcome was. Your high FSH and LH levels, are consistent with Ovarian Failure so your doctor should look further into this and be honest with your as far as the extent of the damage to your ovaries.
