Brown discharge that isn't your period? It might be--if you're expecting your period around this time. Our periods aren't always red, the color varies. You're not bleeding, you're shedding the lining of your uterus and that can be from bright red to reddish-brown, and if you're expecting your period--this might be it.
What do you mean by discharge? Is it sticky (like mucous a few days before your period?)
