Guide

You are not pregnant. You have not had sexual intercourse. You have a regular period each month. I will not ask you to explain your delayed contact with dried sperm.

Chronic stress can be contributing to the headaches and feeling of nauses.

You are young. Start eating a healthy diet and start exercising regularly. Walking each day is a good start. When you can, use the stairs instead of an elevator. Do you like doing yoga, swimming, kick-boxing or dancing? These are all good exercises that you can do to burn extra calories and tone muscles.

I found this slide show on the website for the Mayo Clinic for core exercise to build your abdominal muscles.

Try converting your parents to healthy eating. Offer to go shopping with your mother and suggest some healthy food choices, like fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, beans and  whole grains. Look up healthy recipes and offer to cook a healthy meal one night a week.
