Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. It seems to me that you have an obvious injury since your fall and there may be some severe issues going on in your shoulder area. You may have to keep following up with your physician to see if there was maybe a rotator cuff tear or perhaps a break that occured. Unfortunately, we cannot diagnose you on here although maybe a second opinion is in order to see if there is an underlying issue going on. Keep us posted.
