I too went through this. I was cramping, moody, my lower back was killing me. I took Midol and even used a heating pad to ease it off. Nothing was helping. My tubes have been tied for nearly 9 years now. I didn't think anything about it. I went to the bathroom and sitting in my pad was a huge clot that I felt come out but no more pain and few little clots. I have read about ectopic pregnancy and that it requires surgery. Everything that I have read and asked about points to miscarriage.
