It's been 3 weeks since I hit my breast and side of breast area on pavement and I still suffer with pain. I have large sagging breast and I just replaced my shoulder on that side 3 months ago. My ortho doctor said it is probably just muscle soreness so he increased my muscle relaxer. It helps, but only temporary. If it is muscular, how long should it still hurt? I am having to return to my post op exercises and it is very painful. The pain is even next to my nipple. Please help. Should I insist on a mammogram?
