I am 20 and ever since I got Nexplanon I have been having the same exact issue. I have painful sex and low sex drive. At first I thought it was just lubrication issues but even with lub application I still felt pain, like sensitive tissue. I also have horrible mood swings and it starting to affect my relationship. I am going to take out the nexplanon in hopes in regaining pleasure that I once had before.
